In INCREASE project we are looking to improve knowledge and competencies of low-skilled adults in area of innovation. However, to make an impact in that area recognition of importance of that problem among SMEs and other stakeholders is important. Therefore, in the INCREASE project we not only provide training for employees, but awareness campaign for employers and business support organisations.
